每年9月是世界阿尔茨海默病月，而今年2024年的主题是“即刻行动，点亮记忆之光”。

在中国，这一挑战同样严峻。《中国阿尔茨海默病蓝皮书》的今年发布，揭示我国阿尔茨海默病患者人数约占全球总数的四分之一；且死亡率持续攀升，已然成为我国第六大死因，其影响之深、范围之广，不容忽视。

那么，面对阿尔茨海默病全球性的蔓延趋势及其深远的社会影响，究竟该如何识别并管理可调控的风险因素，以预防或延缓其发生？
